Wave rings are spiral retaining rings with an axial wave shape. They function like standard retaining rings with the added feature of compressibility. Compensates for overall length tolerance of stacked components while also acting as a retaining ring. Once installed, the WaveRing reduces play and vibration in the assembly.

Designed to fit into the groove. Waveringe exerts pressure in two directions: on the groove wall and on the mounting elements. Single, double or multiple rotations of the Waveringe are possible, as well as a choice of materials including our standard 17-7 PH stainless steel and carbon steel.
